Policies and Disclaimers
ALLERGEN DISCLOSURE: Swift's Sweet Treats products may contain or come in contact with MILK, WHEAT, NUTS, EGGS OR OTHER ALLERGENS. It is the responsibility of the client to disclose this information to his/her guest of this fact. Swift's Sweet Treats is not responsible and will not be held liable for any allergic reactions or injuries sustained as a result of consumption.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT POLICY: Once request has been submitted and the client has been issued an invoice, a deposit must be made to secure the requested date of service. All payments must be paid in full the week of service. If the order is being shipped, balance is due 14 days prior to the service date. All deposit fees are non-refundable.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due within 48 hours after the invoice request has been issued. If there is no communication the invoice will be cancelled.
The remainder of the balance is due 7 days prior to the date of service. If orders are being shipped, remainder of balance is due 14 days prior to the date of service.
If the invoice is not paid in full as noted, the order will be cancelled and your deposit will not be returned.
Payments are received via PayPal invoicing.
NON-PAYMENT POLICY: Orders without a deposit will not be rendered. Once we have discussed details and the invoice is not paid, the client will need to start the process over. This will only be acceptable once.
CANCELLATIONS: All Deposits Are Non-Refundable. However, life happens and that is understandable. Please contact me personally for cancellations.
ORDER CHANGES: Changes to orders will be accepted up to 2 weeks prior to event date. Last minute changes may include an inconvenience fee.
REQUEST & DETAIL: All photographs provided to Swift's Sweet Treats is for inspiration and guidance. Each treat maker has their own unique way of creating their masterpiece. I do not duplicate others work and cannot guarantee the exactness. What I can and will do is give you what we agree upon during our consultation.
NON-TOXIC DISCLOSURE: During consultation, it has been brought to all clients attention that Swift's Sweet Treats may use non-toxic products to complete the look the client requested. Non-toxic meaning the product is not FDA approved. If the client feels they do not want this after consultation, adjustments can be made.
SHIPPING & HANDLING: All products that are to be delivered or shipped have been approved by the client before packaging. All products have been packaged with care. Swift's Sweet Treats will use the best service for the clients needs. Due to situations that are not in our control; labor disputes, strikes, accidents, Acts of God and any other cause that is not in our control - I cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date and/or time.
RETURNS: Due to COVID-19, returns are not rendered at this time. Please contact Swift's Sweet Treats directly for assistance.
PLEASE NOTE: All Clients and Services are appreciated. Payment to Swift's Sweet Treats serves as your agreement to the policies set in place. In the event that you, the client, decides to break the agreement, you agree to pay all costs associated with filing a civil class suit on Swift's Sweet Treats part.
